Yesterday I finally bought raspberries and I just couldn’t wait to try them. Because it’s the first time this year when I have these fruits, I’ve decided to prepare something special. What is worth these sweet raspberries? Of course, superfood. And the best – chia seeds!
Malinowa owsianka chia/ Raspberry chia oatmeal
Składniki:
20g nasion chia
200ml mleka sojowego (lub innego)
50g płatków owsianych
1-2 daktyle
2 łyżeczki wiórków kokosowych
200g malin
50g poziomek
przyprawy (po szczypcie): chilli, cynamon, 2 goździki
20g of chia seeds
200ml soy milk (or other)
50g oat flakes
1-2 dried dates
2 tsp coconut flakes
200g raspberries
50g wild strawberries
spices (in a pinch): chilli, cinnamon, 2 cloves
1. In the evening flooded chia milk and mixed it using a whisk. You can also add a teaspoon of honey or other sweetener, if you like.
2. Morning rinsed oatmeal (approx. 3 times to get rid of the muddy water). Then I poured them milk that has not been absorbed by the chia. (Do not worry if you with it, poured a few grains, so will make porridge thickens.) Than I added more water to flakes to achieve the desired consistency.
3. I added spices, chopped dates and coconut flakes. I mixed it thoroughly and cooked on a light fire.
4. At the bottom of the jar I poured chia, which thickened overnight. Then – a thick porridge, wild strawberries, raspberries and remaining porridge and chia seeds. On top I put the rest of the fruits.
